I have seen people who don´t care  about  jazz  clap  their hands  when you play sth with swing and short improvisation, one  doesn´t  need to play sth  difficult   to  play  and  difficult  to hear  just  to feel satisfied, or  even to make  a good impression  on  other  musicians  who might  be  around.COCKTAIL  PIANO  CAN  BE   A LOT  OF  FUN  IF ONE  KNOWS HOW TO APPROACH IT.

Hello all,
I am a first time visitor at this site. I am a drummer who wants to learn how to play piano to help me write songs. I know how to read music as I started my musical career playing clarinet. What do you all recommend I do to begin. Finding the write private teacher is my first task.
