Based on the assumption that you're talking about The Association (who also did "Windy" & "Along comes Mary"), here's something useful.

Take this midi file and open it up in any notation software. Since it's a  reasonably authentic cover the sheet music should come out nicely. From the written notes it's obvious to see what the changes are.

Any songs like that,your best bet is Tab Robot;it's a search engine that links to a zillion sites that have chords/guitar-bass "tabs"-here's this one-
