http://www.jazz.fm/ Certainly the best FM Jazz station in the city of Toronto ( which is the centre of the universe ) Many say the best in North America--perhaps the even the globe. Listen, enjoy and decide yourself.

I found it rather stodgy, but maybe it was just a bad day. I enjoy KPLU and KBCS in my area.

I've been tuning, but I can't pick it up ! (I'm in SC). OK, just kidding. Their internet stream is a little lo-fi. Try radioioJazz at 128kbps.

Michigan has the phenomenal WEMU from Eastern Michigan University. Go to www.wemu.org and click listen. Downside? Sometimes terrible streaming, but you may be able to get a couple of clean hours from it. Absoulutely worth it They play everything this side of free jazz(gotta keep those underwriters)
