Didn't Andy LaVerne publish an article in Keyboard Magazine showing various typical jazz piano Intros? I can't find it and I am starting to think I imagined having it in my files somwwhere.

Hal Leonard have a John Valerio book on Jazz intros, endings and turnarounds. Brilliant and precise, as are all of Johns books I have. Bro
