| The only material I attempt play as it was originally written are a few Joplin rags (Maple, Pineapple, Entertainer, Stoptime). I am a bit rusty on these but I really hate going back to the complete Scott Joplin book I have because it is tough on my eyes! My book reproduces the original Joplin sheet music but are there any books where these original arrangements have been made easier to read? (using modern fonts etc?) Cheers Bro' | |

| Have you looked at the Mutopia project? http://www.mutopiaproject.org/. I don't know how the fonts are comapred to your book, but the price is right. Not a complete Joplin section, as I recall, but I got the Entertainer and Maple Leaf from there. Cflat | |

| Cflat Thank you for linking that site - never seen it before. The notes are easier to read - it is clear which line on the music they relate to for a start! Many thanks Bro' | |

| Sometimes when I am learning Bach fugues which are very difficult to read i scan them into my computer. Then I can blow them up in size to 4x and re print. Then it is like reading Easy Piano. You could do the same with the rags. | |
