| sorry if this is in the wrong room or if i shouldn't even be posting this at all in LJP, but im just about to join a band, with a guy whos pretty much been my best friend but ive never been able to connect with him in music until now. we're pretty much gonna make the same kinda music that he made solo before i joined (we got a drummer to) except with some cool drum stuff and keyboard licks i guess. www.purevolume/ayansanyal i would appreciate it if you tell me what you think... and how you would classify our music. (ive had input on all of these) we want to think of ourselves as indian-blues-rock-jazz. the first one of these is the only one thats jazzish, the second one is fast kinda like rock... its over C#min and Bmin alternating, i thought it was something like a b mixolydian... but im bad at figuring out scales. the third is an indian thing cus he plays sitar, the last is me and him together... and that one turned out terrible. hes still trying to mix it though so it might improve. | |
