| I'm sick and tired of my yahmaha-p90 piano sample. I went to GuitarCenter the other day to find a piano with something a little better but nothing seemed to fit the ticket. I tried out the Roland RD300, Yahmaha CP-33, Yahmaha P140. Any suggestions on something else I might want to try out? I need something with a really great Grand Piano sample. I really like the Roland RD-700, but it is wayyyy to heavy. I've also considered buying a sound module and running it through my Yahmaha. Help? Thanks! | |

| If you like the playing action of your Yamaha, use a sound module. It is one heck of a lot less expensive. I still like my Kurzweil module better than most, but that is purely subjective. Also consider your amplification needs. It absolutely should be stereo. I would still rather play on a grand than any keyboard though, there is just something tactile and aural that I cannot achieve elsewhere. Peace out. | |

| You could buy an Roland XV 2020 sound module, with the SRX-11 Complete Piano Wave Expansion Board you have a great grand piano sound without the weight of the RD700SX. | |
