How would you all finger the half/whole diminished scale? So you can do a fast run over two octaves

Typically those of A en D?

should it be something like

12 123 123 12 etc?

when starting on any white key?

123 12345 works best for me, although it's not the book method.

I use the same fingering for G and C.  123 13 123,
Usually I us 123 12 123 for F but sometimes it switches to 123 13 123, often when descending.  (descending 321 31 321 for the F)
