| If it had an E natural rather than an Eb, it would be the dimWH scale: D E F G Ab Bb B C# D If it had a C natural instead of the C#, it would be the Locrian with a chromatic 6th (B) added in: D Eb F G Ab Bb B C D The C# seems a bit odd anyway against the b7th degree of the DŲ7 chord.
