| I just heard Florian Ross for the first time yesterday, and DAMMMMN! He is amazing. His compositions are just unbelievable. Check out the album Home and Some Other Place if you can, it's some of the most amazing compositions I've ever heard. It's a really unique voice; it's sort of like he's doing for jazz combo writing what maria schneider did for big band writing. Any other fans of him? | |

| yes, he's great. He is living in Cologne, playing for example with Nils Wogram, the great German trombone player. Florian is a fantastic composer (he studied with John Taylor), awarded with several important and well-donated prizes. Check-out his organ playing on a recent record of Nils Wogram!! A. | |
