hi guys

What kinds of substitution chords do people use most often, and what rules would one use when applying them?

I'm recently learning tritone substitution and am wondering what others exist, but couldnt find much on the topic.

thanks

The other really common ones are the relative minor for the relative major (and vice versa), or any chord with a few common tones a third away (ex: substitute Em7 for Cmaj7).
