| I just got through checking out "Chasin' the Trane" after a long time not having heard;this is "required listening" for anyone dealing with post-JC/MT harmonic/melodic concepts......It's a blues;a trio w/out piano where Elvin and JC pretty much spell out a vocabulary that will take anyone wanting to move from be-bop/ mainstream/R+B blues concepts directly to '04 ones....... | |
