I've just uploaded a document that lists all of the possible modes in the Major, Melodic Minor, and Harmonic Minor Scales.
For those of you just starting out, start with learning the Major modes if haven't done so already...these are the most important and a basis for relating to many of the minor modes.
Some modes have many names. I've tried to use the most practical ones (only in my opinion) as the first ones in these cases...
For those advanced students, you have probably learned at least the major and mel. minor modes, but many shy away from harmonic minor...check it out for all sorts of polychords! Some of my favorites are Phrygian natural 3 and lydian #2.
As always, if you have any questions or comments, post them in my room, and I'll do my best to help.
Wow, I just realized it's been over a year since I last used this? Where DOES the time go? Ok, this was a waste of bits.
