all the rest of the fingerings for the other 11 keys are similar in many ways:
root position
thumb on the root, index on the flat third, middle on the 4th (or #4), ring on the 5th (or b5).
fourth position
thumb on the 4th, index on the 5 (or b5), ring on the b7
fifth postion
thumb on the fifth, index on the b7, middle on the high root
b7th position
thumb on the b7, index on the root, ring on the b3rd.
depemding on my comfort zone in certain keys, i will sometimes prefer b7th position and avoid 5th position altogether or vice versa.
so in essence you have four main possible fingering positions, but generally only three are used (according to ease of fingering).
root position and fourth position seem to be almost ubiquitous however (in my playing at least).

Volume 2 has 14 jazz piano exercises and tricks of the trade, and quite a bit of it is Calypso jazz piano related material, including some Monty Alexander and Michel Camilo style grooves. Jazz piano education is through the ears, but books like this can help.
Volume 3 contains 12 jazz piano exercises and explorations by the acclaimed jazz piano educator, pianist, author, and recording artist Tim Richards.
Tim wrote the well known "Exploring Jazz Piano" and "Improvising Blues Piano" books and has several others to his name.
Volume 4 is by Jeff Brent, a jazz pianist, composer, teacher, and author of "Modalogy" and other acclaimed jazz theory and education books. In this book Jeff shares detailed analysis of transcriptions of live performances. He covers everything from the shape of the songs to the tricks and licks he uses in improvised lines to the ideas behind his lush chord voicings.
