heh heh, you guys are gonna love the new stuff i'm putting in.

the files system has been overhauled to be more user friendly and if there is a problem with files not showing up, i have a button to push.

archives have been created and they are slick.  each message and thread id has a corresponding html file (named after the id number) that is updated each time a message is saved.  this archive area will have a google site search attached to it, which of course makes it really easy to search through the archives!  very cool.

i also have all the older data files so i'll be created a set of archive files and uploading them to the site, then i'll use a utility to go through all the current data and add to the archives any messages that were not already added.

let's see.. the menu has been moved back to the way it was a while back- across the top instead of bunched up on the left.

blogs have been updated so that the last updated blog poster is displayed. this should increase interest in the blogs.  i'm also going to do the html archive thing with the blogs including the google search, but that's for another time.

there are a lot of other little updates as well.  obviously i haven't uploaded the new files, but you'll know when it happens.

you can be assured that i'm supposed to be working on something else which is why i'm getting so much done with the citadel :)  you know, like those times you needed to do something but somehow wound up cleaning the house instead?
