hello folks someone asked for a set of changes for danny boy. i entered the changes a few days ago but havent had a response as of yet.i invite anyone interested to check them out and respond please thanks charliep88

there are not many tunes where i will do it, but danny boy is one where i will make up the changes as i go on. ok its a simple arrangement but its fun to experiment with diatonic chords in c and see what happens - rarely sounds bad. can throw in a little gospel in the left hand, some blues, country pedal licks - i am having fun with that tune!

i had a play through those changes when i came home that evening; very nice actually.
and like brotherdavies, i had a bit of a play around myself with some different chords. i played it for my grandad at the weekend and he liked it too. thanks,
