i realise there are copyright issues, but does anyone know where i can get a copy of the song 'elsa' by bill evans and cannonball adderly?

not sure who wrote the song, but i think its a beautiful piece of music, both in jazz and other forms

hello glynn i agree that it  is a beauty .it was written by earl zindars ,who recently passed away . bill loved his music and recored his tunes many times, such as how my heart sings,, mother of earl and a few more that i cant think of right now.i am going to check my bill evans books i think it may be in there somewhere .i will post back soon good luck ckarlie
oh glynn i just remembered perhaps my fave earl zindars tune it is called sareen jurer bill recorded it a few times .it is absolutely beautiful lateri think it means  "peaceful waters'
hey glynn charles here!!!i checked all my bill evans books but it isnt in any of them. however my research thru the patchogue long island web,library which i use when ever i cant get a piece of music, does have it. if you are near a library i suggest you to try that option and make a copy of it.  it is in the fakebook called the worlds greatest fake book along with some other great tunes. if you go to the library it is in book #183 good luck let me know how you make out sometimes they can do it by phone and they will send it to you  g l charlie
