well since i dragged you all into it, here'w what happened yesterday.  the piano player (steve) got there at 11:30 to lay down a track before the chinese guy got there.  of course he wanted to change it.  in fact he continued changing it until 2:30 when the engineer, mike (also a drummer) had to leave to give lessons.  

after and evening of lessons, they resumed in the studio to finish the vocals, at which time the guy said he still didn't like the piano and asked to call steve to come back.  mike said, "no, steve lives too far away to come back".  

so the guys says "lets call rick and see if he's better"  

mike said "rick's never coming back" heh heh.  the guy just kind  of said..."ohhhh..."

now he wants to put a live band together to perform his two big tunes!  wow...
