lol. ya i have lost some of the focus i had when i was younger honestly. this thanksgiving i spent the day at my best friends house who just happens to also be one of the best bass players in the world (just my op ) anyways we are playing central park west for everyone because of course he has a beautiful grand piano in his living room and an upright bass sitting there for the ready. anyways i keep losing the form because when it gets right down to it i am more interested in watching the pretty girls that are in attendance working around the kitchen and listening to what they are talking about than taking adavantage of the chance to play this tune that i am really into right now with this great bass player. i find life more important than music these days and it was not always that way with me. piano takes so much work to get good at that i do not think we get there unless we go thru a period in our lives when we give it a disproportionate amount of priority. so when we get older and start to get in the proper prospective it can be a little disconcerting and take a little getting used to.
