hi jazzfans, join me live in nyc or in cyberspace for a swingin charlie parker master class on wed. night feb. 10th, from 7-8:30 pm es time. we'll listen to and watch the original bebop bad boy and anaylze his burnin solos. we'll be convening at frank and camille's pianos, 29 w 57th st., 2nd floor, and the class will be streamed live and recorded for anytime watching at www.ustream.com., type in charlie parker. as usual, there will be a $0 cover and a no-drink minimum.

many thanks to all those who joined us for our keith jarrett master class on jan. 8th. we had a fine turnout in nyc and over 400 people have watched the class on ustream so far, if you're interested you can view the class for bupkis at the ustream website, type in keith jarrett. this technology is a breakthrough, the first class went well despite some audio issues, this next one should be much better soundwise. superfun, supercool, free and simple, this new technology is a whole new way to communicate worldwide, highly recommended!

blessings and keep swingin,
