the class includes an analysis of bill's solo classic a time for love, plus video recordings of bill playing solo, and new solo performances by yours truly. it took a team of 12 brain surgeons from ucla medical center to put this together, i think you may enjoy it:)

" a supercharged compendium of all things modal, reading modalogy will stretch your brain beyond our conventional musical solar system"
the bill evans master class is the best one so far!

putting the camera above the keys so that we are able see/hear exactly what you were explaining is exactly the kind of thing that we pianists want.

your breaking down bill's tricks under microscopic scrutiny was absolutely fascinating and immensely educational.

the only critiques i have is the lighting (which cast a shadow over the backboard side of the rh area), and the span of the keys (i would've liked to have been able to see all the keys - or at least more of them).

fantastic job. thanks, dave!

also thanks sooooo much for your endorsement of modalogy (although no one here has a clue what it is).
