has anyone heard the old song from the natalie wood film of the 70's where (tho dubbed) her characters sings "you're gonna hear from me"?

i'm doing a live show and i have sung it before, but want a newer "take" on it and heavier "drum" answers to my vocal at the end.

it's a super show opener and while it isn't a jazz number i fiddled around with it and thought " i bet a better pianist than i am, could do a jazz arrangement on it as i came up with some wild chords(and i probably am nowhere the pianist a lot of you are) and began hearing it done so "jazzy" it's from the movie "inside daisy clover"

i have a nine year old singer/actress--- that  i coach and manage---and i am gonna have her sing this one as it's perfect for her----so i'm working on an arrangement.

i't easy chords---but i hear what i can't hear(yeah, i know, makes no sense) but it could be a fab piano work-jazzwise---- from some of you who have that "avante garde" ear for chording.i do have that--but because i have to consider the vocal more than anything for now----can't get too crazy with the arrangement---til later--i'd sure like to hear someone else's take on this one.

i'm going to record it pretty close to the original for vocals---but i would love to hear what a dynamite jazz pianist could do with it. just a thought------br
