Improvisacion en Salsa.
me preguntaba si podria ayudarme con esto. tengo problemas para improvisar en salsa. ya he revisado su archivo donde trata algo sobre improvisacion en salsa pero ese tipo de improvisacion es mas "melodico" (con improvisacion "melodica" no tengo problema).
el asunto es que al escuchar a grandes como eddie palmieri y pappo lucca (y muchos mas), ellos gran parte de la improvisacion la hacen con juegos de acordes subiendo y bajando por el piano de forma sincopada. he tratado de identificar que tecnica es la que usan y que tipos de acordes son??......
en lo personal no tengo problema con tocar ritmos bien sincopados y "fuera de tiempo" pero lo que no logro es conseguir acordes que suenen con esa tension y belleza.
ojala pueda ayudarme.....ya que me gustaria muchisimo lograr tener una mejor improvisacion al tocar salsa ya que los "montunos" los domino mejor..jeje...

Volume 3 contains 12 jazz piano exercises and explorations by the acclaimed jazz piano educator, pianist, author, and recording artist Tim Richards.
Tim wrote the well known "Exploring Jazz Piano" and "Improvising Blues Piano" books and has several others to his name.
Volume 4 is by Jeff Brent, a jazz pianist, composer, teacher, and author of "Modalogy" and other acclaimed jazz theory and education books. In this book Jeff shares detailed analysis of transcriptions of live performances. He covers everything from the shape of the songs to the tricks and licks he uses in improvised lines to the ideas behind his lush chord voicings.
