ha habido varios foros acerca de ese flagelo de la tendinitis... consúltalos pues aparecen consejos sabios de quienes la han sufrido.
ojalá alguien entendido en la materia nos colaborara en esta sección en español con algunas orientaciones prácticas.

varios de mis alumnos han sentido dolores en la muñeca y en las articulaciones de los dedos, pero es por exceso de ejercicios de digitación... yo les recomiendo prudencia... cuando sientan una ligera molestia deben tomar un descanso.  esas molestias son normales, pues los nervios y músculos de la mano comienzan a desarrollar una serie de movimientos nuevos que jamás habían realizado... se debe tener precaución para evitar daños mayores en en los nervios, tendones, músculos, túnel del carpio....
