if you are an artist---i don't have to tell you that eroticism is the fuel to your art---no different for a woman artist than a man---we aren't "gendered" like others- in the sense that we often write from a woman's perspective---and sometimes---from a man's-- because we have a much higher perception about everything---goes with our gifts. yes,i 'm gifted---and i know it---if you are---so should you---and be grateful for it and associate with others who are--because you need  to do that.other wise you are gonna get taken by the ones who will want to possess you because they can't do what you can do. am i sure?
yeah, i am!

i wrote and recorded a song called "a taste of love" and i actually wrote it for a male singer---but i didn't like his delivery---so i opted to sing it myself---but point is---i wrote it for a guy and not for me to sing---

if i'm rambling, its' because i just write in the moment and never work" on writing"---doing charts takes a long time if in longhand----but if a song takes me more than about fifteen minutes (words and music) to write--- --i know it's not worth anything--just my style ---

i wanted to talk about "eroticism" as food for your art and mine. we, as artists, are always "falling in love with love"---and sure, we fall in love with other artists---kinda necessary---doesn't mean we are going to run off into the sunset with one another---but ah, those erotic moments---verbal ones---whatever----i gotta have them---if i love another artist's work----i'm gonna be into them for the duration of time that we are working together---i don't need or require them to be "in love with me"---but i  know a secret---that "erotic" fuel will make me move mountains for them---and for me too---just the way it is---that erotic reciprocity----will bring about the "dream come true" for the music----i can't work any other way---and it often causes confusion---

i insist on working most closely and most often with single musicians--not because we are gonna have an "affair" but because that erotic energy can be used for the music with no interference----i won't deal with hassles, though i used to---i have my resolve --- it is mine to have.

we are passionate beyond what most can conceive---and i have no intention of ever "squashing that in myself" for the sake of some man's jealousy----my music and that energy is too important to me.

for those of you who worked with a musician, band, writing whatever---that had to come to and end---this is for you---and for me---too.

"when mercury spills---its beads up and divides---but it can be put back in perfect union if and when that time is right----if that is meant to be---but whatever---we should respect and honor the time given and taken-- and beauty acheived --- devotion that was real---we should remember it with respect---no matter what. we are human---we are gonna do bad things and wonderful things--we are gonna hurt each other and others are gonna hurt us---a "given"

love is subjective----respect is "holy"

i have so much to do but i am a compulsive writer and thankful for it.

hmmm, let's see who and what will be my erotic energy for today. i think i know---ha!

bev.
