jmderay,

while celine has a fine vocal instrument--i'd rather see barbara.

barbra doesn't sing as well as she used to---dunno why? i saw her last performance in la

but she has this "persona" like no other and for her last show, she kicked off her high heels and sang barefooted.(she gets the woman's vote for that)

she is spontanieous-- and--- for a big star--that is refreshing

kind of "cabaret"-----(naturally, i love that, so i'm biased. ha!)

i doubt her show will be extravagantly staged liked celine's---but she shows the value of just "being who you are" without apology and i love that about her and her voice is still way better than most anyone else anyway---

i'm working on an arrangement that will have the bird calls---taking the vocal range to it's limits and i'll also be doing five part harmonies with the horns---it's almost ready---to record--not quite.

i will be going to europe again.i was honored for my vocal work in disneyland this last week and that was a big surprise. yes, pics will be on my website but my mgr won't let me place them anywhere until that is up and running.

sunday is now my only day off--and i cherish it---

i am tired indeed---probably from riding every ride in disneyland and walking for miles---did enjoy it though.

just keep the faith in your work----and most of all----enjoy the ride.

i won't publish my website here but will give my  email address and

anyone who is interested can email me---and i'll give them

directions, links----and info on live performances.

have fun at whatever concert you attend

either will be beautiful, i'm sure.

gotta rehook musical equipment today----(ughhh, all those wires)

you write and express yourself well---foreigner or not---

you should feel proud that you have accomplished that

a lot of people do not----

yeah, i quess i'm "blogging" cause i'm frustrated at not having the website up---but the newest album will determine a lot of the artwork

i need a course in "patience"  "bigtime"

hugs,
bev.
